My clients and associates have started calling me the Duplex-King because I specialize in duplex properties and have extensive experience in the Austin area duplex market. Sellers know that I can effectively market and sell their property and buyers, and even buyer’s agents, contact me about available properties and search my website!

 

Sean Little is the real estate broker/owner of Austin Lone Star Realty, LLC.  Sean’s expertise is in listing–i.e., pricing, marketing and selling properties in the greater Austin area.  Sean established his own brokerage firm, Austin Lone Star Realty, in June 2009 after working for nine years at Keller Williams Realty as a Top Producing agent.  Sean has continued his hard work and success in real estate at Austin Lone Star Realty.  In 2012, Sean had over $7.6 million in closed real estate sales.  Austin Lone Star Realty is a full service real estate company serving listing and buying clients as well as managing rental properties.  The company has a full time assistant and several real estate agents to work in the brokerage so that we can meet all our clients’ needs.
